Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, unless otherwise stated. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
